Service Scheduling

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred schedule but cannot guarantee specific dates or times.

Access to Property

Customers must provide reasonable access to the property for service delivery. This includes ensuring clear access to work areas and removing any obstacles that may impede service.

  • Gutter guards: Manufacturer warranty applies, 5 years on installation

Material Warranties

Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and may vary. We will assist in warranty claims for defective materials.

Warranty Limitations

Warranties do not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Acts of nature (storms, hail, ice, etc.)
  • Damage by third parties
  • Lack of proper maintenance
  • Modifications by others

6. Limitation of Liability

HomeGutter Pro's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for:
